Georgina Zellan-Smith

Born in a remote country district of New Zealand, Georgina showed promise at a very early age, gaining scholarships to London’s Royal Academy, where she became a Professor at the end of her studies. Her several London recitals (London Piano Series), performances on BBC & with LPO/BBC orchestras led to tours worldwide. Living in NZ from 1980 her involvement in music making & abroad continued. 2007 included recitals in UK (invitation -Brecon Cathedral Easter Music etc), and the USA, with standing ovations at these recitals.
