The Property Ventures Service will locate and identify properties that may be regarded as suitable or appropriate, and will investigate and collect any information as instructed by you in respect of the properties identified. They will then conduct comparative sales analyis and reports, and will organise the inspection of properties identified wither directly with prospective vendors or through their agents and other associates as may be appropriate, and will negotiate or assist with negotiations on any offers that you may wish to make in respect of any property referred to.

The Property Venture team will then draft any sale and purchase Agreements that may be required by you in respect of any property identified, and refer help to you using their in-houose team of property experts, for example, lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers etc.
