Introducing Trust Property Management

Trust Property Management (Trust) was founded in 2007 by Jared Buck, who could see the need for better value property management services. Jared’s trade background and expertise in ‘all things property’ has resulted in many happy clients around the globe. Trust now manage over 250 residential tenancies in Wellington, and their growth shows no signs of slowing down. Their clients are based in Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Uganda, the USA and the United Kingdom, and they communicate with these clients regularly via email and phone where necessary.

What is different about Trust Property Management? Trust provides clients with the highest levels of property management services at a reasonable cost, and their services differ from the pack in two key areas. Firstly, they charge their clients a set monthly fee, not a percentage of the rent, because they believe that the value of your property and the rent it commands does not reflect the costs of managing it. This means that when your rental return increases, their fee does not, helping you to maximise your return on investment.  Their fixed fee is all you will pay for our outstanding service.

When maintenance is required, Trust assess all maintenance work themselves before making a decision about the most cost effective way to undertake it. There is no call out fee for this assessment. It is their experience that many property owners are charged unnecessarily high amounts for maintenance, arranged by their property manager, in reliance on the information passed on from tenants.

Trust do not charge monthly administration fees, property inspection fees, call out fees, or any margin on third party services or invoices, and they provide a service guarantee with all work undertaken by their Approved Contractors.  If the work is not right, they will put it right at their expense.

There is no charge if the property is vacant for more than 15 days in a month, and no margin is added to maintenance costs from third parties, eg plumbers. No margin is added to property invoices handled on behalf eg rates, insurance, and there are no property inspection charges, with property inspections every three months. There are no additional administration costs or fees, and no charge for credit checks.
