High Quality OS'Flooring From IBS

Made in Germany, EGGER OS'floor™ is a high quality proven performer which is moisture resistant, lightweight, innovative and environmentally sustainable. Having had over 15 years experience in construction with Oriented Strand Board (OSB), Egger developed OS'floor™ from EGGER OSB4's top flooring panels for world wide use.

Created from oriented strand board (OSB), EGGER OS’FloorTM is an edge sealed, tongue and groove profiled, flooring substrate for internal use with timber or steel framing. Lightweight and easy to handle. It is a strong, dimensionally stable panel that resists warping and delamination. EGGER OS’FloorTM is marked with the major axis and nail grid to enable correct fixing. Once installed it is not intended to be left in its raw state but will withstand up to 3 months outdoor exposure without effecting the structural performance.

EGGER OS’Floor TM is required to be sealed or overlaid with an appropriate protective floor covering (tile, carpet, etc.) or a paint (not water based) or a membrane system compatible with a composite timber. Where the panels are used in areas prone to water splash, a waterproof membrane or impervious floor covering must be used.

Under normal conditions EGGER OS’FloorTM requires no maintenance providing that the protective covering has been maintained. If water damage occurs to
an area where EGGER OS’FloorTM has been used, ensure the area is allowed to dry before replacing any covering or coating.
