Craig Smith the Wonky Donkey author is returning to Invercargill for another great show!

On Sunday, December 16 at 2pm the popular New Zealand children’s author and musician will delight Invercargill crowds at the Invercargill Library yet again with his fun lyrics and catchy tunes.

Outreach Librarian Kirsty Graham said it had been a while since he had last visited and the library was delighted to host him just before Christmas.

“We love having Craig visit, he’s so much fun and so many people love his stories and songs, not just kids but mums and dads also.

“This time of year is always busy for us here at the library and we enjoy providing light entertainment for families as they get prepared for the holidays,” Miss Graham said.

Miss Graham said children and their families were invited to come along to the concert at the library and join in the fun.

Craig’s books, The Wonky Donkey and Willbee the Bumblebee had been so popular, the release of Kaha the Kea was bound to be a success, she said.

The Lyrical Librarians will also be performing in the foyer on Friday, December 21 at 12.15pm.
