Media advisory for the Port of Tauranga Half tomorrow

Media wishing to attend the Port of Tauranga Half at Mount Maunganui tomorrow should check course maps and information at www.tgahalf.co.nz, race HQ and transition is at Pilot Bay, Mount Maunganui.

Photographers are requested to bring their own high vis photographer vest or bib, there will not be media bibs handed out on event.

There will be limited access to motorbikes for photographers to get on course, information on this will be made available on event tomorrow morning.

There are media passes available to assist in access and post race interviews, please contact Andrew Dewhurst on event on Saturday morning to collect these.

There is no designated parking at the venue due to road closures and space set aside for affected residents and businesses, please plan ahead accordingly and have an understanding of the area close to the start/finish and transition area.

Working media will be given access to athletes post event for interviews and comment, there is no formal press conference post the event.

TV Crews and VNR Feed
Television crews are invited to film the event and the finish, and to file their own interviews and reports. There will be footage available via a drop box for TV news bulletins.
