Boil Water Notice

The Queenstown Lakes District Council has issued a boil water notice for Arrowtown this morning. Mandatory testing has returned a low level E Coli response, which could be related to the recent heavy rain event.

The Arrowtown supply will be temporarily chlorinated. The notice will be in place for a minimum of three days. The supply will continue to be tested daily and residents will be advised once the notice is lifted.
