RIP:60 is our new training programme based on suspension and rotation which works to stabilise and balance your body, engaging more muscles and building your core strength with every move! It’s suitable for all fitness levels so come get ripped over 4 weeks every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We’re offering free trial classes in January on the group fitness timetable – check it out!
