Incident reported in Christchurch, police in attendance - reports

DEVELOPING NEWS: An incident involving a car in Christchurch is currently being reported to our reporters. 

Jason Wise a Christchurch City resident has said to us "The incident is on Bower Ave in Christchurch" 

Bower Avenue is located on Christchurch's suburb New Brighton. 

We understand police are currently at the scene, and we can confirm that Bower Avenue also has lots of roadworkers. 

Diversions are about to be put in place from people entering the area.
