Challenge Family and leading lifestyle apparel brand Après Vélo today unveiled an exclusive range of Après Vélo Challenge signature edition t-shirts. The shirts are the first range to be released under a collaborative global license agreement between Challenge Family and Après Vélo to produce an iconic range of casual wear that embodies the spirit and culture of triathlon and the Challenge Family.

Three men’s and three women’s T-shirts have been unveiled in the first range. The distinctive garments feature powerful, emotive graphics that set the range apart from any other apparel in triathlon.

Après Vélo’s ‘Big Cog’, Leonard Greis believes the Apres Velo Challenge range will fast become a staple member of any triathlete’s wardrobe.

“Pardon the pun, but we took on the challenge of creating a range of apparel that stands apart from anything done before in the world of triathlon. Our goal for this and future Après Vélo Challenge races is to create iconic garments that are a real statement piece for the wearer and takes pride of place in their wardrobe.”

“Triathletes spend so much of their time training in technical apparel but haven’t had access to genuine fashion wear that celebrates their passion and commitment to the sport. The signature prints, titled “Flying Low”, “Triumph” and “Tri Religion” play a pivotal role in the collection, helping to further distinguish the range and offering a real wow factor. Après Vélo worked closely with Challenge Family to understand the values of the Challenge Family brand, the passion of Challenge Family athletes and the culture of the sport of triathlon, all of which are embodied in the graphics of each garment.

The Après Vélo Challenge range will be available on-line at www.apresvelo.com on December 2, 2013 to all international markets. Après Vélo Challenge range will also be available for purchase on-site at the Challenge Family store at every Challenge race across the globe, with Challenge Melbourne (February 2, 2014) being the first event to retail this signature range.
