New Zealand's most popular online shopping site measured by actual purchases, Mighty Ape, proved that online retailing can deliver the personal touch when it took out top honours at Westpac’s Best of the Best Auckland Business Awards 2014 for Customer Service Delivery this week.
The team at Mighty Ape were up against the three other category finalists from the Business Awards held in the greater Auckland area .
Mighty Ape customer service monkey Scarlett Winter notes the company has placed customer satisfaction as one of its core drivers since inception, where others in the online (and offline) world rely on discounting and promotions to see success.
