International tennis in your back yard! The Wither Hills West End Cup will have top New Zealand and overseas players descending descend on the West End Lawn Tennis Club in Westmere, Auckland to battle it out for supremacy from 1 - 4 December 2016

It will see the return of our top male players Finn Tearney and Marcus Daniell (ranked 50 in the world in doubles) along with ATP ranked Rhett Purcell, Olly Sadler, Daniel Brown and exciting junior player Macsem Sisam along with many more.

The international line-up includes John-Patrick Smith (Australia) who recently beat world No.20 Ivo Karlovic, big-serving Aussie Greg Jones, WTA world No.181 Julia Glushko (Israel), plus Australians Tammi Patterson, Masa Jovanovic  and Alexandra Walters and former Kiwi pro Sacha Jones.

This is a free event for all to enjoy. What’s more there is a kidszone for the little tennis fans with bouncy castle and face painter, and food and drinks available for purchase all weekend.

There's something for everyone! After the close of play on Saturday evening (3rd Dec) you can show your racquet skills in the Super 10 tournament against the pros for a chance to win cash prizes (entry fee applies). From 6pm our popular 'Beats and Bubbles' kicks off with our resident DJ playing smooth tunes - mingle with the players as the sun sets while enjoying a glass of Daniel Le Brun Methode Traditionnelle and food from Jess' Underground Kitchen on our fantastic new clubrooms deck.

Finals Day on Sunday 4th December promises to be the best ever! Catered table ticket holders can be close to the tennis action on our court side tables enjoying a beautiful three course meal from Catroux Cafe (Westmere) and a fine assortment of Wither Hills wines and international beers. Is there a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon with friends or business colleagues?

And in an exciting new development this year finals day will be filmed LIVE on Sky Sport from 10am to close of play on Centre Court. Our partnership with Tennis Auckland and the ASB Classic is growing each year and we are proud to be recognised as one of the premier tennis tournaments in New Zealand.

The Wither Hills West End Cup also leads directly into the Pascoes NZ Tennis Championships 12-17 December
