Once Again Just Water Comes Up With a Winner

Just as summer seems to be hitting its straps (at last) Just Water, the chilled water specialists in New Zealand, have once again come up with a winner. As the terrific team at Just Water are very aware, Kiwis are now thoroughly converted to fresh, cool water as their ‘go to’ beverage, at any time of the year, but particularly during the warm summer months.

To this end, Just Water will be launching a chiller for a cask of their fresh spring water, so that it can sit on the kitchen bench, (or on the table) and not be taking up room in the fridge. As Tony Falkenstein, the CEO of Just Water, explains it, in the base of the cask is a push out square, through which a cold plate fits in to chill the bladder of the cask.

The inventor of this ingenious piece of equipment is one Rod Stuart (no, not that one!) who is based in Christchurch.  The chill process in such a small unit is quite revolutionary, and although invented for the Cask Water market, it may have even bigger opportunities with wine casks.

Tony and Rod will be travelling  to Malaysia and China in February to evaluate manufacturers for the product, and they expect to release the product at a global beverage show in May 2017, so keep an eye out all you health conscious Kiwis for an even more convenient way to hydrate and access our wonderful New Zealand spring water from Just Water.
