Advisory.Works deliver seminars and webinars, providing proven strategies, thought provoking ideas and new opportunities for business leadership, growth, strategy execution and succession. These events are for clients and non-clients alike and Advisory.Works have an incredible network of leaders who attend their events.

Last month saw Advisory.Works deliver two seminars, the first in Christchurch with KPMG and ASB, called ‘Growing A Profitable Business Through Your People’. The presenter was Simon Mundell, the Executive Director of Advisory.Works and an International Business Speaker.

The second seminar was held in Auckland and was called ‘Engage Your Management Team to Succeed’. This was represented by Simon and his co-producer, Greg Allnutt.  Greg is a highly sought after High Performance Leadership Coach and Business Strategist with Advisory.Works.

In today’s very competitive market, when businesses can spend so much time and money on advertising and marketing, it is very enlightening to read of some of the case studies on the Advisory.Works website, and to see the glowing testimonials of some of their clients.

As Lincoln Booth, CEO of Cookie Time says, “A simpler framework that provides a high level of confidence and has resulted in more rigour, discipline, clarity and simplicity.” Similarly, from the Andrew Maslin General Manager of Molemap, “Advisory.Works have given us the ‘how to’ rather than just more theories and ideas. They offer seasoned advice because they have done this before.”

And Mimi Gilmour, Owner and Creative Director of Burger Burger has this to say “Scaling a hospitality business while maintaining quality of service comes with its own set of unique challenges and Advisory.Works have delivered far beyond what we expected. They have shaped our strategic direction by providing invaluable frameworks and insight.”
