Rinnai have recently secured the distribution rights for Brivis (www.brivis.co.nz)

Brivis is New Zealand’s leading gas ducted central heating solution, and a reputation for innovation, reliability and quality for over 50 years has led to Brivis being recognized as the leading New Zealand gas ducted heating solution.

Each system is expertly put together and tailored to your home by your specialist Brivis dealer. The beauty of central heating is what you don’t see, as it’s all hidden within the walls of your home - just vents to let the heat out and a controller to deliver controllable warmth to the whole home. Their design and manufacturing process is accredited to the New Zealand Standard AS/NZS ISO9001, which is why their products have guarantees of up to five years. It’s no wonder they have won so many awards.

The Rinnai iHeat is a ducted home heating system that uses hot water from your Rinnai Infinity continuous flow water heater to warm air and circulates it around your home. The gas central heating system can also be zoned to only heat the areas you are using. Zoning kits are available from ducting suppliers, and you can find out more on p. 2 of the 'Ducting Guidelines' PDF at the bottom of the 'Technical' tab on the Rinnai website.

Whole home heating that is fast and efficient. With the same high efficiency as your Rinnai Infinity continuous flow water heater and heat output of 20 kW, the Rinnai iHeat will be efficient and fast at heating your home.

The Rinnai Infinity provides hot water to the iHeat air handler unit (heat exchanger). The heat exchanger extracts the heat from the hot water and transfers it to a steady stream of air. This air is fed into the ducting system and is distributed into each room. There are many benefits to ducted gas central heating, including heating your whole home from a single heat source, with programmable control, including time and temperature. There is also considerable condensation reduction with a gentle movement of air around the house, preventing stale pockets.

Also, the single heat transfer to household air makes for a quick response time, and it is very cost effective compared to multiple heaters and transfer systems, with very low maintenance.
