Working alongside agents and home owners HomeStaged will assess the home, take photographs, make a note of the style, era, décor and anything else that stands out about a property. In order to achieve a fast installation, HomeStaged will design and plan all the rooms beforehand.  “Often we will stage a whole house in the morning and be done in time for the photographer to arrive after lunch. We like to have minimal downtime between set up and photography so that our sellers get the full benefit of the staging package,” said Megan.
