Great Fun For All With Watercraft World on a Jet Ski Ride to Motuihe Island

Last month Watercraft World participated in a fun-filled day for their end of February social ride to Motuihe Island. Departing from the Buckland Beach boat ramp, scores of excited jet skiers congregated at 10.30am and enjoyed an amazing day out on the water. Woodbine Marine had a support boat on hand, kindly supplying a barbeque lunch and drinks to share.

Watercraft World had experienced jet ski riders on hand to answer any and all questions regarding jet ski operation, and were there to provide information for those who would be interested in joining the jet ski community. 

Following Motuihe Island, the members of AJSRA partook in an extended ride throughout the area to better explore the Auckland Harbour and surrounding waterways, which was of course open to all in attendance. Attendees were asked to note that all jet skis in attendance had to be registered and all riders had to wear an approved PFD/life jacket.

Jet skiing is a fantastic recreational activity, and you can have loads of fun over the summer months, with Kiwis taking full advantage of our fabulous easy to reach coastlines and harbours.
