Double-Sided PVC Foam Tapes from Premier Tapes are UV Resistant

Double sided PVC foam tapes are closed cell foams used in various bonding applications, and for when water tightness is required. They are UV resistant, and have excellent ageing characteristics. They are available in various thicknesses and in widths from 5mm to 1100mm. The 5164 is UV stable, that forms a water seal at 20% compression and is available in the thickness of 3.0mm (other thicknesses available on request). The PD179 is UV stable, and is ideal for security glazing and low shear applications. It is available in 1.5mm thickness. The PD189 is UV stable, designed as a high tack security glazing tape and is available in 3.0mm, 4.5mm and 6.5mm thickness.

All PE double sided foam tapes come with a paper liner, are available in black and white and in widths from 5mm to 1100mm. 5474 is a high performance double-sided foam bonding tape available in white.  5479 is the high performance double-sided foam bonding tape in black.

Double sided PU foam tape 5669 is a high-temperature bonding tape, suitable for use in the automotive, marine, automotive and marine accessories industries for all emblem and trim mounting. The 5669 PU foam tape has a service temperature of -40°C to +120°C, and will be an effective waterseal when compressed by 20%. It is available in widths from 5mm to 1100mm. The 5669 is an extreme temperature double-sided foam bonding tape. The foam is made with polyurethane material and is available in black. An acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive is coated on both sides, and the product has a paper release liner. The material can be supplied with a film liner facilitating automatic application.
