Industry Motor Group's December Function a Smash Hit

In the season of celebration, Industry Motor Group shifted into festive gear, with a Christmas event aimed at highlighting an excellent year. It was dedicated to merry-making and a full day of fun at the famous Kauri Bay Boomrock, but more than that, it was a function that allowed the company to give thanks for a period of personal achievement, as well as growth for the Takanini car dealer.

Speaking of personal achievements, there were two personnel who were recognized for their outstanding contributions and personal excellence. TJ Joubert was given the “Exceptional Customer Service Award” for 2018 to recognize his accomplishments towards service for clients. Joshua Brown, meanwhile, emerged as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for 2018.

After lunch, the staff were invited to enjoy the location’s marvellous facilities. The party was held at The Lodge, which was in close proximity to Boomrock. Activities like archery and knife throwing provided further opportunities for them to grow their camaraderie and team spirit.

The location, Kauri Bay Boomrock, also offered a break from the normal cityscape the revellers were used to. It gave them views of the rolling hills of Clevedon, as well as a clear view of the Clevedon Coast. All staff and partners of Industry Motor Group were present for the festivities; to make that possible, the offices at Takanini, as well as the Penrose, were closed for the day. This was to allow all staff to celebrate with the rest of the company together.
