Construction is about to begin on Edgewater apartments, a two building development in Hobsonville Point, Auckland. The first building commencing construction is the low rise Edgewater Promenade with 33 apartments over three floors. Civil works commenced last month with an eight week duration, and building works commence early April, with a 16 month duration.

Mid 2020: Indicative completion followed by settlements
