Tristram Volkswagen Celebrates a Successful Fundraising Event for KidsCan

Tristram European, a privately-owned Volkswagen NZ dealership located in Auckland’s Wairau Valley, recently enjoyed a successful event in collaboration with Storm Clothing. The Fashion at Fabric event was held on March 5, 2019 in Fabric Cafe Bistro, Hobsonville, Auckland.

The Fashion at Fabric event is the company’s latest fundraising effort to help underprivileged children at the KidsCan Charitable Trust. KidsCan is an organisation founded by Julie Chapman. KidsCan works with New Zealand children living in poverty and helps them through a variety of programmes. The organisation provides food, clothing, and shoes to over 46,000 disadvantaged children across the country.

The Fashion at Fabric Event proved to be a success, raising a total of $3,000 from ticket sales. All proceeds from the event were donated to KidsCan Charitable Trust.

The stylish affair included a fashion show featuring the latest in trendy apparel from Storm Clothing. The night also featured Deborah Caldwell, owner of Storm Clothing, who gladly shared this year’s trends and fashion advice to guests in attendance. Guests also had the opportunity to “Shop the Runway” in a pop-up store that was set up for the event.

Furthermore, the fabulous occasion also featured the latest 2019 models of Volkswagen and SKODA vehicles available from Tristram European.
