Just Water Moves to NZX Main Board

Just Life Group Ltd (JLG), formerly Just Water International Ltd (JWI) announced last month that it would be moving to the NZX Main Board on 1 March.

In 2004, the Company raised capital through an IPO on the NZX Alternative Exchange (NZAX).

The Company has restructured its management and board. The Board comprises Hilary Poole as the Independent Chair of Just Life Group, alongside independent directors Steve Bootten and the newly appointed Richard Carver (who has been on the Hometech Board), and long standing directors Tony Falkenstein and Ian Malcolm.  Each of these directors also sit on the Hometech Board in the same roles.

Tony Falkenstein is Group Chief Executive of Just Life Group Ltd and Eldon Roberts is Group Chief Operating Officer of Just Life Group Ltd. Warren Drinkwater is the General Manager of Hometech Ltd and Lynne Banks has recently been appointed General Manager of Just Water New Zealand.
