New Zealand commercial cleaning company Crewcare is set to offer more franchises in the market beginning September this year.
The organization headquartered in Auckland said it is particularly targeting potential franchise owners interested to do some after-hours cleaning.
Previously called Crewcut Commercial Cleaning, the growing company started providing regular office cleaning, educational cleaning, restaurant cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and window cleaning services to various customers across the country starting in 2012.
With over 100 franchises in operation in key areas such as Auckland, Waikato, and Wellington, the company is laser-focused on winning against more established brands in the commercial cleaning market.
The business had just inked an agreement with one of the biggest multi-location early childhood centres in NZ, so the team managing the large contracts are looking to distribute the locations to new franchisees, particularly in the South Auckland area.
Crewcare expects that this development will pave the way for gaining a bigger market share in a few years or so.
The commercial cleaning company is also gunning after private commercial cleaning businesses who want to sell their companies to the franchise.
“This is a superb opportunity to sell to an established company that has a proven system in place, complete with effective sales, marketing, and operational plans,” said Crewcare CEO David Serville.
Meanwhile, the presence of a regional manager for the company in the Waikato region means that new and existing franchisees will get extra attention and focus if they start a cleaning business in the said area.
