This year’s delicious Christmas menu consists of a three-course meal with a choice of three mains for only $85 pp, skinny fries and aioli for the table and to start a Tasting Platter of Akaroa salmon tartare, orange dill, crème fraiche, glazed haloumi, baby beets and a pear and walnut salad.
The Main Attraction consists of a choice of any three, to be confirmed in advance.
Aged Beef Eye Fillet – coffee rubbed with beetroot relish, baby potatoes and grape jus
Chicken Breast – with chorizo, sage, brioche, spiced pumpkin puree and seasonal pesto
Duck Breast – pan roasted with saffron risotto, savoury compote and pickled plums
Market Fish – squid ink crusted with baby cos jam, red onion marmalade and orange buerre blanc
The Finishing Indulgence consists of a Festive Platter of dark chocolate pave with a raspberry vodka jelly shot, passionfruit torte, fruit mince tart and pistachio tuille
