They have a pest and rodent free facility by contracting a professional company that implements a pest control programme onsite. All storage options are available short or long term with a one month rental minimum. You can choose what might be right for your stuff and whether you need drive-up or internal access.

You can choose from their small and medium units, or from their storage sheds, which will also fit about a two bedroom home or medium sized office worth of stuff. Their 2x4m storage sheds are popular with tradespeople as a base to store tools and supplies and with people moving house or looking to free up space in the home.

The storage units have automated lighting inside the units and in the common areas to help if you need to access your unit at night and for greater visibility during the day. Their storage sheds are constructed from hardwood, meaning they are tough (contents can be stored against the walls) and are moisture free. Every storage space at Richmond Storage has fire monitoring, intruder detection, and pest control.
