Williams Corporation has released their first Wellington development to the market. The project on 36 Mitchell Street, Epuni, Lower Hutt, will have seven townhouses on fee simple titles. The one bedroom houses are available from $470,000 and the two bedrooms are available from $589,000.

As Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington property developers, Williams Corporation has free information packs available on request on this and other projects. Like all their projects, quality is paramount in the Wellington project and only the best products are going into the construction and fit-out. This is evident from the engineered gravel base and concrete raft foundation, laminated veneer framing, double glazed windows, solid air barriers, upgraded glass wool insulation that is guaranteed for up to 70 years and aerated concrete intertenancy walls.

The project is finished with European tiles, washable paint and upgraded magnesium oxide flooring. All their products are purchased from large industry-leading companies, to ensure reliability and quality.

Williams Corporation are extremely passionate about inner city living and getting residents back to Wellington city. They strongly believe well-built townhouses and apartments are the future of New Zealand housing and a solution to the housing crisis.

All of Williams Corporation’s new developments are built with insulation to a standard higher than the building code to reduce the need for energy use while cooling and heating. Using smart materials like aerated concrete, which is great for insulation, helps make this possible. Better insulation and passive design isn’t just great for decreasing energy use; it makes them far more comfortable to live in too.

Williams Corporation has also announced the date for their last Wellington investment event for 2019. The session is taking place on Thursday, 21st November at the Rydges between 6 pm and 8 pm.  The topics that will be covered include investing in old homes, flipping properties, Air BnB, building homes and property development. Other topics of discussion include leveraging equity in an existing home; finding the right property; new build vs. pre-existing homes; the current economic overview and cultural shifts.
