Final results of the Turangi/Tongariro Community Board by-election

The result of the Turangi/Tongariro Community Board By-Election has been finalised and Terry O’Brien has picked up the vacant position on the board.



Mr O’Brien will fill the seat vacated by Tayte Cozens who resigned from the area’s community board in November 2007.



39% of the Turangi/Tongariro community voted and the official results were as follows:
