SNZ Regional Education Manager – Lower North Island

An opportunity to join the staff at Swimming New Zealand.

The SNZ Regional Education Manager Position - Lower North Island has become available. Your challenge in this vital role is to develop, enhance and deliver SNZ programs, awards and qualifications, while assessing and monitoring the work of participants in these. You’ll also identify, develop and support program tutors to ensure the organisation’s success in this area.

To do this, you’ll demonstrate knowledge and proven experience in swim teaching/coaching along with a good level of computer literacy and sound financial management skills. The ability to build and maintain relationships is also key, and you’ll also have a keen eye for developing potential and existing opportunities to their fullest. Swimming and tertiary qualifications are desirable.

The role requires a full driver’s license and the ability/flexibility to travel.
