Bill English in the House on the EFA

During a robust exchange with Justice Minister Annette King over signage authorisation violations of the EFA on election advertising materials produced by Labour and the Green Party, Bill English manages to obtain the permission of the House to introduce an amendment removing the hazardous requirement that domestic dwelling addresses for authorising agents be included on all electioneering material.
