Advanced Hair Studio Response to ASA Ruling in the UK
Advanced Hair Studio issued a media statement today in response to the
publication of a complaint to one of its ads in the UK by the ASA (Advertising
Standards Authority).
Advanced Hair Studio wishes to point out that the ad in question was an old
ad and that the matter was dealt with last year in 2006 and further it only
applies to the UK and not the rest of the world.
Since that time, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a
laser device for the re-growing of hair.
Advanced Hair Studio further claims that their AHS laser therapy is
superior to the FDA approved device and is planning to seek a uplifting of the
ad ban in the next few months.
