Book of Genesis contains not so hidden code

Research being conducted by fledgling not for profit organization My Perfect World has found that the book of Genesis contains hidden instructions for tuning an ancient musical instrument.
The discovery came about as a result of a research project looking into the use of sub-harmonic vibrations in alterative medicine.
It was found that Genesis chapter 5 contained information on audible frequencies (Hz) hidden as the ages of ancient biblical figures including Adam, Noah and the bible’s oldest man Methusalah.
“This chapter in the Bible has been a constant source of frustration to many theological scholars over the years and an easy target for those wanting to point out rather obvious anomalies. Perhaps because of all the debate over so many years, our thinking has become so constrained that we stopped looking for meaning or genuinely trying to understand,†says My Perfect World founder Mr Rowan Schaaf.
“As we were collating data for the harmonic project there was a natural inclination to relate to information musically. It was a simple way to keep track of frequency relationships and once we decided on using concert tuning of ‘A=432Hz’ some very interesting coincidences appeared.
“Using this tuning the frequency of the note B4 was recorded at 969.8Hz which was recognized as the age of Methuselah. When we took a closer look at the book of Genesis it was quickly apparent that this was no coincidence, although we’re not entirely sure of its purpose.
“Our best guess is that it possibly describes the open string tuning for a 10 stringed instrument possibly a harp or lyre such as the instrument reportedly played by King Davidâ€Â, says Mr Schaaf.
The following table shows the direct relationship between numerical information obtained from Genesis Chapter 5 and frequencies of notes with A tuned to 432Hz (concert tuning).

There are small variances but they appear to be consistent and balanced suggesting slightly different tuning ratios to modern musical theory, rather than one of accuracy. It is interesting to note that the narrative text of the chapter states that Enoch and Noah were favourites of God and as shown in the table, the frequencies associated to these two men show the smallest variances of 0.1 and 0.2% respectively.
“Curiosity has certainly got the better of us and further analysis is already underway to see whether our grasp of science, technology and it would appear music, can be used to re-interpret the Bible and perhaps uncover knowledge that has somehow been lost in over 2,000 years of religious and political debateâ€Â, says Mr Schaaf. “It’s certainly provided us with more than enough reason to take a much closer look at the Bible in a completely new light.â€Â
