Three further roads are closed in Franklin due to flooding.

Franklin District Council would like to encourage residents to be its eyes and ears in the community at this time. Council can not be everywhere and it is possible that there is either serious surface flooding or slips which Council may not be aware of. If roads are blocked and these are not signposted, or you are experiencing serious surface flooding which is threatening your house or property please call Franklin District Council – 24 hours – on 237 1300. Franklin District Council’s Customer Service Team can then lodge a service request and Council will prioritise its response.
