(Album release tour)

Kill the Fake Patient are an alt/punk band currently based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Their music is loud, quiet, and abrasive. Reviewers have described them as "[differing] from your average punk hardcore band in their willingness to use dissonant chords, and interesting song structures." - Dunedinmusic.com

Since forming in 2005, they have completed five successful nation-wide tours, released a now sold out EP, had two of their songs feature on the Radio One top 11, and shared stages with bands such as Die! Die! Die!, Shihad, Kitsch and Chris Knox.

In their ongoing attempt to infiltrate New Zealand’s live music scene, they are currently embarking on another tour of the North Island in June of this year . This time to promote the release of their debut full-length album ‘Inside the Unattainable’.

Inside the Unattainable is the band’s second release following their successful self-titled EP. The album was recorded live at Radio One with Tom Bell, on October 14th 2006 and attempts to capture the feel of Kill the Fake Patient’s raw energy seen at their live performances.
