The North Shore City Beach Series is back!

We hope you survived the cold winter because the North Shore City Beach Series is back!.

Think warm summer evenings swimming, paddling or running on Takapuna Beach. Whether you compete in a few races or the whole 16, this series will help you to keep fit, loose weight, meet new people and above all, have fun.

Race one registration on the 4th will be a very busy. By signing up on Thursday 30 October you will breeze through the registration in the short queue leaving you more time to prepare for your first event

This will take place on Thursday 30 October from 6pm - 9pm at R’Toto Beach Club, 134 Hustmere Road, Takapuna.

New in 2008-2009
New 2.5km kids run – With so many children taking part in the longer 5km event last year we have decided to introduce a brand new 2.5km option for under 13’s
1500m swims – We got such great feedback after our 1.5km swim trial last season we have decided to introduce a regular 1500m swim distance to the series. Check the race schedule for details of when these will take place
It’s cheaper to enter online - To encourage more people to enter online prior to the Tuesday event night, we have made it slightly cheaper than entering on the night. By entering or topping up your credits online you will join the short queue at weekly registrations and have more time to warm up or relax before your race
Timing chips for all entrants - We know how important an accurate finish time is for you to compare your results and compare them to your friends results so all entrants will be timed with electronic timing chips.
