CMC Markets NZ helping the SPCA

CMC Markets NZ has gone to the dog, cats, rabbits and many animals great and small with a donation to the SPCA over the holiday season.
Sargon Elias, general manager CMC Markets New Zealand took staff to the SPCA Adoption Centre in Mangere to see first hand the difference that donations make to the centre.
Along with purchasing food, bedding and toys for the centre CMC made a contribution to the large animal shelter fund, which will see a brand new enclosure built to house abandoned farm animals.
The SPCA Adoption Centre relies on donations and volunteer support to keep the facility running which tends to get an influx of animals over the holiday period.
Bob Kerridge, CEO SPCA says that this time of the year is very sad for the SPCA and all the staff involved as abandoned animal numbers increase. “The animal village is receiving around 80 animals a day at present, there is no better time to visit us and select your perfect friend with so many beautiful animals waiting to be saved and adopted to loving homes.”
