Ryder, Taylor and McCullum make ground in world rankings

Jesse Ryder has jumped 12 places in the world test batting rankings after his double hundred in the second Test against India to reach 30th position - currently the highest-ranked New Zealand batsman. Ross Taylor has climbed eight places to 32nd spot after a fine 151 while Brendon McCullum has jumped three places to 34th position after his third Test century.
