The 2009 Cathay Pacific Auckland Junior Open had 64 participants in junior categories encompassing Under 11 events to Under 18 events.
The Under 18 Boys’ singles final was won by Phillip Xiao (Auckland) who defeated Kevin Wu (Auckland) in the final 3-2 and the Under 18 Girls’ singles final was won by Feng Jie (Auckland) who defeated Angie Guo (Auckland) in the final 3-1.
