Meet Bizzone owner Sarah Trotman. The Bizzone expos (www.bizzone.com) are a series of the largest business expos in New Zealand and Sarah is in the driving seat of the whole networking-intensive event. The next is to be held in Wellington, Wednesday to Friday, 22-24 June. There's been no shortage of demand for spaces at the large B2B event, the Wellington event will get about 3200 people through the doors. Sarah points to participant numbers that are about the same as pre-recession levels, which she puts down to businesses looking for a morale boost as much as from networking opportunities.
A new development is an online portal based on the physical event - a kind of pay B2B social network .
In-Business magazine will be at the event and releasing videos as the expo progresses.
