American Express Queenstown Winter Festival organisers will have same-day access to feedback from festival-goers as Angus & Associates rolls out a new research service – PABLO™ – at this
year’s event.

PABLO™ brings together the very latest in ultra-portable technology (the iPhone), exclusive access to software developed in New Zealand by www.iSurveySoft.com, and Angus & Associates’ own highly skilled local field team, to deliver near real-time feedback from festival-goers to event organisers.

The Angus & Associates team will be out gathering comment from people attending a variety of events at Winter Festival – from the Opening Party on Friday 26th June to Jazz Night on Saturday 4th July, and 16 other events at a range of locations across Queenstown in between.

Festival-goers will be approached to complete a quick (2-3 minute) survey, gauging response to the mood of the event and the entertainment on offer “in the moment”. The survey will also capture important insights to the motivations of those attending – for the marketing of future events – together with awareness of event sponsors.

Results will be uploaded to a central server at the end of each event and information will be available to event organisers immediately. A wrap up report will be provided to organisers at the end of WinterFest.
