Final Flight Today for the NZPT Queenstown - SKYCITY Alpine Adventure

At 12:30pm today the final players took to their seats for the final flight in the New Zealand Poker Tour Queenstown – SKYCITY Alpine Adventure.
Today’s flight is the largest so far with 39 players competing to make their way into Day 2 which will be held tomorrow at 12:30pm.
Twenty-one of the 33 players from yesterday’s Flight 3 have already qualified for Day 2 on Friday 24 July.
In yesterday’s flight, international female superstar poker player Celina Lin made it through to Day 2 while Eric Assadourian from Sydney, Australia got taken out just before the end of the day.
SKYCITY Queenstown satellite winner and local player Matthew Yates with $67,050 in chips still leads the overall chip count, which he will take through to Day 2.
Big name players in today’s field are kiwi competitors Lee ‘Final Table’ Nelson, TV personality Brooke Howard-Smith and comedian Mike King.
A poker player since age five, Lee "Final Table" Nelson has spent years living up to his nickname. Lee has nearly 50 final table appearances at major poker events around the world.
