Girls’ Day Out is making the best advice available for every woman, with the Brita Better Women Seminar Lounge.

Beginning just after 10am every day, and with 27 seminars over the three days, there’s no doubt that you’ll leave feeling inspired, motivated, and ready to embrace life.

Suzanne Paul will grace the stage with her motivational talk entitled ‘How to Survive Life’. Renowned for her enthusiasm, her energy, and her never-give-up attitude, she will draw on her own personal experiences to encourage and inspire those around her.

Bridget van Herk, qualified chemist, mother, and the face behind the ‘Bridget Black’ beauty range, is here in New Zealand and will be sharing her wisdom in her seminar ‘Truth & Beauty’. With her passion for health, beauty and the environment, Bridget’s seminar will inspire those of all ages to learn to love the skin they’re in.

She has been hailed as the New Zealand version of Trinny and Susannah, and indeed, Susana Sarmiento knows her fashion! She is the creator of the 30 day Little Red Dress Diaries - wearing the same red dress 30 different ways over 30 days! Her seminar ‘Styling & Self Image’ is bound to be full of tips and tricks that will have you looking good and feeling great in no time, and better yet, wear a red dress to the show and be in to win prizes.

Other terrific seminars include: Better living with Brita water, the team from Configure Express with a range of seminars on fitness, and being fabulous,
D-Vice presenting the ultimate inner body workout; Laura Braid, renowned psychologist and director of The Sweet Life Sanctuary, with her seminar entitled ‘How to Live Your Life with Less Stress’; Natural Fertility will be there to inform those about the nature of conceiving in the seminar “Did your Mother tell you…?”; and Fiona Hewitt will educate and inspire in her seminar entitled ‘Build Confidence, Build Success’.

But that’s not all! When you’ve had your fill of words of wisdom, or if you have any questions, why not head over to the Girls’ Day Out Chicks panel?

The panel is made up of a range of experts on beauty, fashion, happiness, relationships and life in general, and they’re there to answer questions, and provide you with tips, tricks and personal advice! Nothing is too hard for our experts!
