We were quite amazed ourselves. We got a call from a new client in Porirua for personal finance at 9.30am yesterday, within 30 minutes we had an approval from the lender and the documents were emailed to us by 11.00am. Our rep in Wellington met the client signed all the documentation and by 2.30pm the lender had all documentation in hand to payout the funds out to the client. Talk about service.
