WAITAKERE CITY

Unlike other typical residential developments with uniform houses and plots that are common with many Auckland suburbs, West Auckland’s newest development has a refreshing design that blends in with the areas natural environment.

Titirangi’s newest residential development, Golf Links Estate, maintains a sense of Titirangi’s appreciation of the natural environment and encompasses the Titirangi ‘bush’ lifestyle, while providing an exclusive and secure community just minutes from Titirangi Village and Titirangi Golf Course.

Bayleys Auckland West branch manager and Titirangi local, Lynn Lacy-Hauck says that this development will create a legacy for future generations.

“The developers have really got the right feel for the area. We’re really pleased to see steps taken to conserve the bush environment, incorporating larger sites. Each one has its own magic” says Lynn.

Bayleys Titirangi salesperson marketing the property, Richard Cadness, says Golf Links was formerly un-developed bush land, and has been shaped into a residential development by professional landscaping and a further native replanting schedule which they’ve committed to maintain for two years.

“The estate has been developed with strong emphasis on retaining as much of the native flora and fauna that is characteristic of the Titirangi area.”

“The idea of the estate is to live lightly on the land while creating a harmonious, up-market development that works with the striking landscape and character of Titirangi,” says Richard.

Golf Links Estate is a 3.3164 hectare environmentally friendly subdivision fronting Golf Road and bordering the recently rejuvenated Crum Park.

Fellow Bayleys Titirangi salesperson marketing the property, Stuart Robertson, says the residents of the estate have direct private access to the popular park.
“For the residents of Golf Links, Crum Park will be like their own huge backyard playground,” says Stuart.
Stuart says the exclusive estate comprises of 26 generous sized bush park lots ranging from 952 metres squared to 1740 metres squared, with covenanted bush surrounds to provide privacy.
“The large areas and native bush - with many sections enjoying harbour views - give the owners a lot of potential to create a dream home and lifestyle.”

“The reason for the limited number of house sites is to protect the established bush, maximise privacy, blend the development into the landscape, and preserve the integrity of the green space of Titirangi,” says Stuart.

Open Days will commence at Golf Links Estate on Sunday, February 14, with an auction scheduled in rooms at Bayleys Maritime Square on March 10, 2010, and Titles to be issued mid-July 2010.
