As part of its on-going commitment to actively seek public opinion and involvement, the Thames-Coromandel District Council is to conduct a survey of its residents and ratepayers.

National Research Bureau, an independent market research company, has been commissioned to undertake the survey and report to the Council.

People living throughout the District, and also non-resident ratepayers living outside the District, will be telephoned using a randomised selection method. They will be asked their opinions on a wide ranging list of services and issues pertaining to the Council and the services it delivers to the residents and ratepayers of the District.

Interviewing for the survey commences on Friday 9 April, and is expected to be completed on Sunday 18 April.
