Two teams smash records in corporate pursuit time trials

YMCA Education and Police Five 0’s both broke the record in the Harrex Corporate Pursuit grading time trails held in Invercargill tonight.

Defending champions YMCA Education were fastest on the night recording one minute 14.4 seconds, beating the Police Five 0’s by a tenth of a second.

New to the completion, H & J Outdoor World, came third two seconds behind.

Finals for the event, which had record entries this year and is the world’s largest corporate cycling event, are next Sunday 27 June.
