North Shore City Council

It appears the North Shore City Council have a battle on their hands. According to this website: http://www.northshorecitycouncil.net.nz an individual from Bayswater in Auckland has spent countless hours fighting with them over a tree issue.

If we read this correctly there has been a great deal of rate payers funds spent on this case. Quite frankly as a North Shore resident I see this as a total waste and wonder if anyone else has the same opinion.

Or am I missing something here?
