2007 Asthma and Respiratory Foundation Achievers’ Awards
Know someone remarkable with asthma or another respiratory condition? Well, here’s your chance to let them know how great you think they are, and have their attitude acknowledged.
The Asthma and Respiratory Achievers’ Award celebrates kiwis who lead full and rewarding lives, despite their respiratory conditions. If you want to find out more, just visit www.asthmafoundation.org.nz for a nomination form, or phone the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation on 04 499 4592.
Every nominee receives a certificate and eight supreme achievers will be given awards by His Excellency the Governor-General, Anand Satyanand, at Government House in late November. The awards are open to all New Zealanders who have a diagnosed respiratory condition, are smoke free and have a management plan for their respiratory condition, or would be prepared to adopt one.
