Top agent acquires Harcourts' Rotorua franchise

Award-winning Harcourts real estate professional Glenn Austin has acquired the Harcourts Rotorua franchise.

One of Harcourts’ top sales consultants Mr Austin is a regular Harcourts award-winner and for the past three years has been named by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand as the Top Salesperson for Cities with a Population of between 20,001 and 70,000 in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Gisborne Districts.

He says he is excited about taking the next step in his real estate career, 10 years after he joined the industry as a sales consultant.

“It’s certainly a big step with lots of new challenges but it’s a goal I’ve had for a number of years and a move I’ve made with confidence knowing I have the backing of Harcourts, the Rotorua team and my family.”

Mr Austin says he is delighted the opportunity to become a franchise owner involves the successful Harcourts Rotorua office.

“Having established myself as a residential sales consultant in the Rotorua area I’m excited about stepping up into ownership and look forward to investing in this high-performing team and as a leader sharing my knowledge, skills and experience in an effort to help them achieve even greater success for their clients.”
