Weird Cloud Adds To Body Of Evidence That Shows Weather Modification Technology Is Being Used In NZ

While many assume the extremes in weather in New Zealand in 2010 are due to Mother Nature, those who have been watching the skies and looking for signs that weather modification technology is being used, think otherwise.  This photo, taken by Alan Barlow on November the 18th at New Plymouth, provides yet more evidence to show that technology is being used to manipulate New Zealand's weather.   Writes Barlow: "I have never seen anything like this before! It was like someone had taken a big cloud knife and sliced one way and then the other and then inserted a completely different cloud in the middle!"

This bizarre shaped cloud, with its straight lines and its hole,  is of the same kind or similar to that seen on occasion in the United States.   Award-winning TV weatherman Scott Stevens, has posted several photos of this phenomenon on his website, WeatherWars.Info which can be viewed at the link here: http://weatherwars.info/?page_id=32.   

According to Stevens a flood of negative ions delivered by HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) or similar technologies, leads to the weeping cirrus cloud in the center.
