50 models in bed - new world record?

Earlier today nakedsleep.com attempted a world record attempt at the most number of people in a King Sized bed. We used models because we wanted to fit as many on as possible and well let's face it, they are small... (smile).

Though it'll take a few days to have our entry authenticated we're almost certainly sure we're the new Guinness World Record holders (after all we did squash 50 models into one bed).

The event was to launch NZ's cheapest (and most cheerful) accommodation with beds from $5. It's the new division of nakedbus.com (the company that introduced $1 bus fares between cities around NZ). The earlier you book, the cheaper it is and to start off we're offering beds from $5 (excludes booking fee) in Bay of Islands, Auckland, Rotorua, Taupo, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and Wanaka.

The bed was delivered after the event to the Auckland City Mission and Chief Executive Diane Robertson said "We're absolutely thrilled that nakedsleep.com are world record holders and we're delighted to be the charity recipient of the bed"
